Terms of Use

Effective 2026-05-27 · Version 1.0 · This is Rigly's End User License Agreement (EULA)

The short version: Rigly is a tool, not a mechanic. The pre-loaded service intervals are a starting point — sourced from owner's manuals and community consensus, but you should always defer to your rig's actual owner's manual and qualified service technicians for the specifics of your specific vehicle. We're not liable for damage caused by following or not following the schedule.

1. Acceptance

By installing or using Rigly ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you don't agree, don't install or use the app.

2. License grant

Rigly grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to install and use the app on iPhones registered to your Apple ID, subject to Apple's standard EULA terms and these Terms.

You may not: redistribute, decompile, reverse-engineer, or attempt to extract the source code of the app; sublicense the app to anyone else; remove or alter any branding, copyright, or notice.

3. Apple's Standard EULA

Rigly is distributed via Apple's App Store and is also governed by Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Where these Terms conflict with Apple's standard EULA, Apple's terms control.

4. Subscriptions (Rigly Pro)

Rigly offers two paid plans:

Pricing displayed in your local currency is determined by Apple based on your App Store storefront and may differ from USD. No refunds for partial subscription periods unless required by law; refunds are processed by Apple per their App Store refund policy.

5. The service-schedule disclaimer (the important one)

Rigly's pre-loaded chassis + house maintenance schedules are a starting point, hand-curated from owner's manuals and RV community consensus. They are NOT:

Always defer to your rig's owner's manual and a qualified service technician. Rigly is a tracking tool that helps you remember and record what you've done — it does not advise you on what you must do for your specific vehicle.

You are responsible for the safety, roadworthiness, and legal compliance of your rig.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

Rigly is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PLAYRIOT LLC and Rigly's authors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of revenue, loss of data, vehicle damage, missed maintenance, accidents, injuries, or any damages resulting from your use or inability to use the app or from following or not following the schedule.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the app shall not exceed the amount you paid for the app in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim (and zero if you used the free tier exclusively).

8. Termination

You may stop using the app and delete it at any time. We may discontinue, suspend, or modify the app or any features at any time with reasonable notice. Termination does not entitle you to a refund unless required by law.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via an in-app notice or via the App Store version's What's New text. Continued use of the app after a change indicates acceptance of the new Terms.
